Our courses are designed based on the recommendations of one or more of major organizations like: Red Cross Canada, Heart and Stroke Foundation of Ontario, American Heart Association… we also offer official certificates to the successful attendants of our courses, depending on the level and the format of the course.

*Please note that RPNs, RNs , some International and Nursing students are eligible for re-imbursement of their course fees up to 1500$ a year under certain conditions. If applicable we even help you with necessary forms to be filled in for this. For more information contact us.

- Workplace Staff: We provide a variety of workplace related trainings and workshops. These can be designed and tailored to your specific needs, and can vary from a lunch&learn health session, 1-2hours workshops on proper hand-washing, infection control, preventive measures in workplace, to a full one day emergency First Aid and CPR or two days standard First Aid and CPR course. Please contact us if you need any of these courses or if you’d like to find out how to obtain necessary certificates approved by Workplace Safety Insurance Board (WSIB). We are also available to attend your company’s health day activities with a variety of tools and information sheets, to set up a Health Info Booth for your staff, Blood Pressure Clinics, etc.

Please enquire if you’re having an idea in your mind for your community and would like us to help you make it happen. We can design and deliver wonderful courses in First Aid, Stroke Prevention, Cancer Prevention measures…which can range from a half an hour introduction/lunch and learn activity to1-2hour lectures or hands-on workshops with practice time for participants on the Manikins and some other first aid devices for better preparation. Parking is available for free in most of our locations, otherwise we either validate your parking ticket or you can submit your paid parking receipt later for re-imbursement.

Our goal is to have all the classes up and running even with the minimum available no. of students, however in case of cancellation of any of classes due to a variety of reasons, students would be contacted and they’d be given either the option to transfer to another date and location, or apply for a refund. We offer 100% refund policy as long as we receive the request for up to 10 days prior to the class date in writing, cancellations after 10 days until 24hrs is subject to 20% administration fee, and cancellations in less than 24hrs would have no refund at all; however we may be able to transfer you from one course to another if possible upon receiving advanced notice. If you want to switch to another date and/or location, please let us know as soon as possible, as we cannot guarantee space availability on a certain course. Substitutions are accepted with a signed note from the original registrant.
